WYNNE — The Wynne School District will begin interim ATLAS testing Tuesday, Sept. 8, following a break for Labor Day.
The test schedule for Wynne Junior High School students includes math Tuesday, Sept. 8; writing Wednesday, Sept. 9; reading Thursday, Sept. 10; and science Friday, Sept. 11.
Wynne Junior High School principal Joshua Wingo said all students should come to school with their Chromebooks charged and keep them fully charged during the day to help prevent interruptions during assessments.
Students should also get a good night’s sleep and eat a healthy breakfast prior to testing each day.
Wingo said the assessments help identify the standards students have mastered and the areas where they may need additional support and instruction.
