Wynne Economic Development has received a $15,000 tornado recovery grant from the Cross County Community Foundation to help clean up the downtown area.
Pressure washing of buildings and sidewalks in the downtown area is currently ongoing with plans to hire an outdoor lighting company to repair broken and missing string lights.
Wynne Economic Development said utilizing local businesses is instrumental in supporting the effort.
The organization is also working to schedule a community clean-up day.
