WJHS EAST issues call for community volunteers to enrich student learning

WYNNE — EAST at Wynne Junior High School is seeking volunteers from the community to provide students with real-world experience.

The program needs guests to be clients for projects, partners, and guest speakers. EAST facilitator Chelsea Hudson said she wants to coordinate visits by members of all sectors of the community. She hopes to set up days for those visitors to teach students a skill, discuss problems and project ideas, or just visit to see what the EAST program is about.

A community guest form is available at bit.ly/3TDtyo9.
