STUTTGART, Ark. — Students participating in the 2026 Rice Reps program converged on the headquarters of Riceland Foods in Stuttgart last week and received first-hand knowledge of how a rice mill operates.
The Rice Reps program, which is led by Arkansas Rice, offers high school students an opportunity to learn about the state’s rice industry through educational tours, leadership development and volunteer activities.
The program began last month and will continue through September.
One of this year’s Rice Reps is Henry Witcher of Cherry Valley, who is president of the Cross County 4-H.
