PUBLIC NOTICE
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
BURNETT BUILDING COMPLEX
The Cross County Library Board will accept bids for the sale of surplus property, specifically, the Burnett Building complex located at 104 Merriman Avenue, East in Wynne, Arkansas through Friday, April 19th at Noon, at which time bids will be opened and awarded. Parties interested in bidding on the property are asked to submit sealed bids by mail or in-person to the following address:

Bids will not be accepted by email or fax. The highest bidder must submit cash or a certified check for the winning bid amount not later than three (3) business days after the awarding of the bid.
