Netha Renia Harris, 52, of Colt, Arkansas, died peacefully on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024, in Colt, Ark.
Netha was born on April 21, 1971, in Little Rock, Ark., to Charlene Baldwin Melton and the late Theo Melton Sr. She married Roy Leon Harris, Jr. in 1988. They raised two lovely girls, Robin and Jennifer. Netha enjoyed being outdoors, flowers and rocks. Her pride and joy were her granddaughters, Brhianna, Jayla, and Kendall. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Caldwell.
Netha is survived by her husband, Roy Leon Harris, Jr.; daughters, Robin Hill and husband, Eric, of Caldwell, Jennifer Harris of Wynne; mother, Charlene Melton of Earle; sister, Jeanie Cooke of Jacksonville, Fla.; brothers, Harland Melton of Heth, William Melton of Parkin, Robert Melton of Wynne, and Theo Melton, Jr. of Parkin; and grandchildren, Brhianna Hill, Jayla Hill, and Kendall Foote.
She was preceded in death by her father, Theo Melton, Sr.; and brother, Tommy Melton.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024, at Kernodle Funeral Home Chapel.
