Jewell Watson Hendrix, 91, of Wynne, Arkansas, passed away on April 27, 2024, at her home. She was born to William W. Watson and Minnie Mae Martin Watson on May 23, 1932, in Earle, Arkansas.
Jewell was a member of Wynne Baptist Church and the owner of ”The Russet Rose” women’s boutique. She was a master bridge player and loved to cook.
Jewell was preceded in death by her parents; and her first son, Thomas Neal Hendrix.
Surviving Jewell is her husband of 70 years, Thomas E. Hendrix; sons, Tony Hendrix, Greg Hendrix, and Wade Hendrix; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Cogbill Cemetery in Wynne. Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time on Thursday at Wynne Baptist Church, 1200 E. Bridges Ave.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home of West Memphis is in charge of arrangements.
