Brenda Kaye Higginbottom passed away peacefully at her home in Wynne on Friday, June 26, 2026. She was 78 years old.
Brenda was born on Feb. 12, 1948, in Wynne to Trafton Ball and Beulah Mae Tucker Ball.
She retired from UPS after 15 years of dedicated service. Brenda found joy in celebrating every holiday, with Christmas and Halloween holding a special place in her heart. She enjoyed shopping, watching the Magnolia Channel, watching the red birds in her yard, and working on crossword puzzles. Above all, Brenda treasured spending time with her family, who meant the world to her. She also enjoyed relaxing with a good gin and tonic from time to time.
In accordance with her wishes, Brenda will be cremated. A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who knew and loved her.
Brenda is survived by her daughters, Mindy Butler and husband Mark of Edmond, Oklahoma, Mikki Dockins of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Lisa Brittain of Wynne, and Jill Garrett of Brandon, Mississippi; grandchildren, Sydney, Brock, Lily, Sarah, Tori and Lauren; great-grandchildren, Jack, Dean and Sadie Beth; and brother, Larry Ball and wife Ruth of Jonesboro. She is also survived by her best friend, Linda Renigar; and honorary grandson, Landon Renigar.
