JONESBORO, Ark. — A former Arkansas State Red Wolf has landed the starting kicker job with the New York Giants.

Dominic Zvada, who played for the Red Wolves in 2022 and 2023, went 5-for-5 on field goals and 4-for-4 on extra points in the Giants’ 23-6 preseason win over the New York Jets on Friday.

The performance earned the Arizona native the starting job for the 2026 season.

While at Arkansas State, Zvada earned Freshman All-American honors and was a semifinalist for the Lou Groza Award. He played his junior and senior years at Michigan, where he was an AP and Sporting News All-American and two-time All-Big Ten selection.

He joined the Giants as an undrafted free agent in April.
