The Delta Regional Airport Authority has agreed to a short-term contract with Cody Stallings of Stallings Aircraft Propeller LLC for on-site fueling and transportation.
The DRAA board called a special meeting Thursday to discuss the personnel issue. The authority’s personnel committee made the recommendation, which was approved by the full board. DRAA chairman Shannon Hobbs did not vote on the matter.
Hobbs said the board chose to employ Stallings on a short-term basis as his company is already located at the facility near Colt. The DRAA will use Stallings while a permanent solution can be sought.
No other matters were discussed during the meeting.
