CHERRY VALLEY — The Cross County School District has announced its “Seamless Summer” meal program will continue again this summer.
“We’re looking at probably a Monday-Wednesday delivery, so you’ll get two meals on a Monday, three meals on a Wednesday in a non-congregant setting where we’re delivering to the home,” said Cross County Schools Superintendent Dr. Nathan Morris. “We can’t deliver to a home outside of the school district, but if we talk about coming into the community of Wynne then we do have congregant settings. We’ve ran from Caldwell Pharmacy before. We might would look at other congregant settings.
“That is free to students 18 years and under,” Dr. Morris added. “It’s been a huge benefit and a blessing for our students and families over the summers the past few years. We’re going to continue that this summer.”
