CROSS COUNTY — A Cross County man faces several charges including criminal mischief and criminal trespass after a pursuit by deputies last night.
37-year-old Michael Armstrong was booked into the Cross County Jail shortly after midnight this morning.
Cross County Sheriff David West said the foot pursuit traveled across several farm properties west of Wynne near the Fairs Oaks community.
Armstrong is charged with fleeing on foot, criminal mischief – 2nd degree, criminal trespass, failure to register, and failure to appear.
