JONESBORO, Ark. — The Cross County cheerleaders ended the week at the NCA cheer camp in Jonesboro with several new pieces of hardware.
The cheerleaders took part in a National Cheerleaders Association team camp last week on the campus of Arkansas State University.
The junior high cheerleaders received the Technical Excellence in Spirit Award while the senior high squad received the Technical Excellence in Showmanship Award.
The program said other cheerleaders were recognized with individual honors including Myla Wilson, who won the Top Gun Tumbling Award, and several girls who were invited to audition for the NCA cheer staff.
