CHERRY VALLEY — The City of Cherry Valley said the full-size boys and girls bicycles that were recently taken from the Cherry Valley City Park have been returned.
The city said the bikes are provided for the enjoyment of the community and should be returned at the end of each day.
The city said failure to return community property jeopardizes future projects, hinders progress, and creates an image that does not reflect the value of the community.
