CHERRY VALLEY — The Cherry Fest Committee will hold a “Meet the Candidates” event Monday, Oct. 5, at the Cherry Valley Fire Department, starting at 6:30 p.m.
Candidates will have an opportunity to introduce themselves and answer questions submitted by the community.
The event will not be an open forum question-and-answer session. Questions will be submitted through an online form before the event and asked by a moderator.
Cherry Fest said the event is being held solely as an opportunity for the community to meet the candidates, hear from them directly, and learn more about their positions and plans.
