LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas Rice Federation will accept applications for the 2024 Rice Reps program through this Friday, April 5.
From May through September, Arkansas Rice Reps actively participate in a program designed to teach them about rice farming and the importance of the industry around the world through education and volunteerism.
During this time, Rice Reps will have the opportunity to attend events and experiences, while also competing for multiple scholarships. Up to $16,000 in scholarship money is available simply for telling the story of Arkansas agriculture. A total of 10 scholarships will be available including social media contests, rice video, rice recipe, and volunteer/leadership awards.
Students must be current high school juniors to apply.
